The Silver Dragons are heading to China for the Shanghai International Dragon Boat Festival this September! Keep an eye out for amazing photos and results coming soon.

The Hutt Valley Heat Women’s Team and a few Silver Dragons went over to the first Bali International Dragonboat Festival in May 2017.

The Silver Dragons Team competed in the Chinese New Year festival races in Sydney at Darling Harbour on 24 Feb 2013. There were no age grades so the competition was against teams with paddlers half the age of SD. Nevertheless, SD had great success and a “good time was had by all” – especially when visiting the pub after the game.
